User Responsibilities

- Use accomplice only for lawful purposes
- Maintain control of your account and login credentials
- Not misuse, reverse engineer, or interfere with the app or services
Intellectual Property
All content within accomplice - including, but not limited to, training plans, text, videos, audio lessons, software, designs, and branding - is the exclusive property of accomplice or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.
Journal Entries
Your journal entries are private and yours. We do not share them without your consent. You retain ownership of your entries, and we store them securely to enhance your training experience.
Disclaimer
accomplice is not a medical or diagnostic service. All training advice is general in nature. Consult your doctor or health provider before beginning any new fitness program.
Use of the app is at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, accomplice is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your use of the app.
Arbitration and Class Action Waiver
You agree that any dispute arising from use of accomplice will be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of Utah.
You also waive the right to participate in any class-action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
This section survives termination of these Terms.
Subscription and Billing
accomplice may offer subscription-based access to premium features.
- Recurring Billing: Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the billing date
- Payments: Handled securely via Stripe; we do not store your payment info directly
- Cancellation: Cancel anytime via your account settings; access continues through the current billing period
- Refunds: We do not offer partial refunds. For billing concerns, contact [email protected]
- Pricing Changes: If pricing changes, we will notify you in advance
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Use. Continued use of the app after updates means you accept the changes. We’ll notify you of material updates.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah.
